What data we collect
We only collect data that you actively enter yourself:
- IVX calculators: the basic recommendation is calculated in your browser and is available without entering your name or email address. Your name and email address are only requested when you request the full report or detailed comparison.
- Contact / email / WhatsApp: whatever you choose to share with us when you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
The box dimensions, weights and other technical input you enter in the calculator itself are not sent along with this name and email data — that calculation stays local in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
Why and for how long
We use your name and email address to contact you about your packaging enquiry, if you request this or if we consider it useful. We do not keep this data longer than necessary for this purpose, and we delete it at your request (see "Your rights" below).
Sharing with third parties
The forms on this website — the contact form, the IVX Box Calculator and the IVX Tape Calculator — are sent through the Web3Forms form service. Web3Forms processes the information you enter in the form in order to forward the message to our mailbox. Technical input and calculations from the calculators are not included with the form. IVX does not use the form data for advertising purposes.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use tracking cookies. For several features you choose to use, the website uses local storage in your browser. After you complete the access form, the Box Calculator and Tape Calculator store an unlock marker so that you do not have to complete the form again on every visit. If you upload a supplier file in the Tape Calculator, that file remains solely in your own browser and is not sent to IVX or any other server. Your language choice is also remembered locally. This data is used only within your browser to provide these features. You can delete it through your browser settings.
Website statistics
To understand how our website is used, we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly statistics service with servers in the European Union. Plausible works without cookies and does not collect personal data: no IP addresses are stored, no individual visitors are tracked, and no data is shared with third parties or used for advertising. We only see anonymised, aggregated figures, such as the number of visitors per page and non-identifiable interaction events — for example how often a phone, email, WhatsApp or other button or link is clicked, how often a calculator is started or a result is shown, and how often a form is started or submitted. These events never include your name, email address, phone number or the contents of a form or calculation; only general, non-personal attributes (such as the page language or a broad result category) are recorded. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and the right to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@ivxpackaging.nl. If you disagree with the way we process your data, you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority).
