The pre-stretch system stretches the film before applying it to the pallet. At 250% pre-stretch, one metre of film becomes 3.5 metres, making use of the film’s stretch capacity.
A straightforward wrapping cycle.
Place the pallet on the turntable and select one of the 10 adjustable wrapping programmes on the touchscreen. The photocell detects the load height and the machine runs the selected cycle.
Adjustable rotation speed and precise stop positioning support a repeatable process. Together, we select the film and settings that suit your products and stacking pattern.
